Thank you for visiting and shopping at cozyhomefurniture.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Locations

cozyhome ships to Plano, TX and 30+ miles. Please contact us if further shipping distances are needed.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

cozyhomefurniture.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Any damage on delivery or defects on product must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours by emailing help@cozyhomefurniture.com. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will not be warranted and if not reported within 24 hours of delivery, the damages an/or defects will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Pictures will be required to verify said damages and/or defects and to start the resolution process. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction but please note cozyhome reserves the right to repair or replace any defective or damaged item prior to authorizing a return. If the item is discontinued and/or unavailable, a return for refund will be available. In a case specific to this, If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded in full to the original method of payment. If any products need to be picked up after the original delivery, a pick up fee will apply.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
