Terms & Conditions

At cozyhome, you may cancel or exchange all in stock items purchased in store or online up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pick up.

All special order product that are built to order are made to your specifications and are  submitted for production at the time of your order. Therefore no cancelations or refunds on such orders will be applicable. A 50% non refundable deposit may be required at the time of purchase.

All product sold as floor model, as is and special clearance are final sale at the time of purchase and no returns or exchanges will be applicable.

All Home Decor and Accessories may be returned 48 hours after purchsed. This varies from item to item and a 25% restocking charge will apply. Area rugs and lighting cannot be returned once taken out of original packaging.

We understand your sleep needs change and it’s very difficult to find the right mattress in store, hence we will offer a 1 time 30 night comfort exchange for any mattresses purchased in store or online. This does not include mattress protectors, bed sheets, pillows and adjustable bases or sleep foundations which are non-refundable when taken out of original packaging. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product.

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage on delivery or defects on product must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours by emailing help@cozyhomefurniture.com. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will not be warranted and if not reported within 24 hours of delivery, the damages an/or defects will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Pictures will be required to verify said damages and/or defects and to start the resolution process. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction but please note cozyhome reserves the right to repair or replace any defective or damaged item prior to authorizing a return. If the item is discontinued and/or unavailable, a return for refund will be available. In a case specific to this, If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded in full to the original method of payment. If any products need to be picked up after the original delivery, a pick up fee will apply.
